The List of Drugs and Other Compounds Prohibited in Food Animals lists chloramphenicol as a drug and other compound that is prohibited in food animals and shall not be detected in food animals. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of veterinary drugs in food (GB 31650-2019) stipulates that diazepam is a veterinary drug that cannot be detected in animal foods. The reason for the detection of diazepam in crucian carp may be to reduce the perception of the outside world of the fresh live fish and ensure that it is still alive after transportation and is used illegally.

The amount of malachite green residues sold by the Baihai Seafood Products Business Department in Hongta District, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, and from the Haihui Seafood Business Department of Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, did not meet the national standards for food safety. Malachite green is metabolized into a hidden malachite green in animals and remains in the organism for a long time. Malachite green and hidden malachite green are both potentially carcinogenic to the human liver. Long-term consumption of foods found to be malachite green will endanger human health. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit value of fly-killing amine in cowpea is 0.5mg/kg. The reason why the residual amount of fly-killing amine in cowpea exceeds the standard may be to ensure the harvest and good sales of cowpea, increase the amount of medication or fail to comply with the regulations on picking intervals, resulting in excessive residues in products on the market.

【Pseudomonas aeruginosa detected in packaged drinking water】The "1300 | drinking natural water |" sold by Dong Meihua Store in Shimen County, Changde City, Hunan Province, and nominally produced by Hunan Xiaoleshou Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the number of Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonies does not meet the national standards for food safety. 【Organic Camellia Oil Beyond the Range of Food Additives】Tmall Enough Affordable Flagship Store (the operator is Zhejiang Province Hangzhou Haochao E-commerce Co., Ltd.) sold on Tmall (online store), the Xiangchun Oil Rice Fragrant Organic Camellia Oil (primary pressing, low temperature cold pressing) produced by Hunan Xiangchun Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., was found by the Fujian Provincial Product Quality Inspection and Research Institute to be found that the test value of tertyl hydroquinone did not meet the stated quality requirements of the product.

Tert-butylhydroquinone is an antioxidant that slows down the oxidation of oils and fats and avoids rancidity. In the "Requirements for the Production, Processing, Labeling and Management System of Organic Products" (GB/T 19630-2019), the list of food additives allowed in organic food processing does not include tert-butylhydroquinone. The test value of tert-butyl hydroquinone in "Xiangchun Oil Rice Aroma Organic Camellia Oil" does not meet the stated quality requirements of the product, which may be due to the fact that the production enterprise does not understand the relevant regulations of organic products and adds them to extend the shelf life of the product.
