On the morning of May 16, Dr. Li Changhui, Director of the ILO Bureau for China and Mongolia, and Wu Rulian, Project Officer of the ILO China and Mongolia Bureau, visited the integrated employment of the disabled in Hangzhou. Wang Lihong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hailiang Group, and Cheng Dafa, Deputy General Manager of Rongaixing, accompanied the inspection.

In the Rongai Star Noodle Restaurant, Li Changhui and his entourage had a cordial exchange with the "young people of the heart".

During the inspection, Li Changhui had a detailed understanding of the integrated employment practice and future development plan of Rongai Star Noodle Restaurant, praised Hailiang Group for setting a model for the integrated employment of disabled groups, and hoped that Hangzhou could lead the change and become a national role model. He stressed that the ILO will play a bridge role, use international standards to promote the dissemination of Hangzhou's experience to the whole country and even the world, jointly promote an inclusive and equal employment environment, and work together to create a better future for "no one is left behind".

Rongai Star Noodle Restaurant is the first disability assistance project in Zhejiang Province to provide employment for young people with mental disabilities. It was selected as a typical case of common prosperity by the National Development and Reform Commission, promoted nationwide, and was rated as a national proportional employment base for the disabled by the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and was awarded the 7th Zhejiang Charity Award and the Hangzhou Employment Training Base for the Disabled. Up to now, Rongai Star Noodle Restaurant has opened nearly 20 stores, helping more than 30 people with mental disabilities to find stable employment.

In the future, Rong Aixing will continue to innovate the integrated employment model, provide them with professional support such as job development, vocational skills training, employer employment counseling, vocational rehabilitation services, etc., explore integrated employment on a larger scale, help people with mental disabilities achieve social integration, and let small noodle restaurants release great energy.
