Just now, Hurun released the 2021 brand list, Guizhou Moutai with a brand value of 1.01 trillion yuan, for the fourth consecutive time to become the "most valuable Chinese brand", but also the only trillion-level brand on the list, while Wuliangye and Zhonghua, with 300 billion yuan and 275 billion yuan, respectively, ranked second and third. In other words, "Mao Lianghua" occupies the top three seats in the list of Chinese brands.

Douyin's brand value soared 258% year-on-year, rising to fifth place in the list with 240 billion yuan, second only to WeChat, and the only brand to enter the top ten. As for Tmall and Taobao, they slid to the 7th and 8th places in the list with a brand value of 230 billion yuan and 170 billion yuan respectively, a year-on-year decline of 53% and 43%, which is also the two largest declines in value among the top ten brands.

Of course, Meituan and Ping An of China have fallen out of the top ten, and the brand value has dropped by about 40%, ranking 11th with 135 billion yuan.

From the perspective of regional distribution, Beijing is still the base camp of the brand's parent company, of which as many as 60 companies headquartered in Beijing rank first in the list, while Guangdong and Shanghai rank second and third with 40 and 32 companies, respectively. In addition, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Fujian, Hong Kong and other places are also at the top of the list.

It is worth mentioning that, according to the industry classification, in the top ten industries with the most brands on the list, the largest average increase in brand value is automobile manufacturing, with an increase of up to 121%, including Xiaopeng, which soared by 287%, and Weilai, BYD and Great Wall, which also rose by more than 100%.

As for the largest average decline in brand value, it is the real estate industry, with a decline of up to 45%, of which China Resources, Longhu, Poly, Zhonghai and other brands have declined to varying degrees. The city boundary found that the brand value of the top ten real estate on the list is only 182.5 billion yuan, even less than Tmall, which has been "cut off".

In fact, this is not the first time that the real estate industry has "pulled the crotch".

On the recently released 2021 Hurun Global 500 list, the real estate industry has become the only industry in the top 20 industries on the list, and the total value has declined. After Longhu fell into the top 500 list, none of the Chinese mainland have entered the list, only Sun Hung Kai Properties in Hong Kong, China is still on the list. This means that the era of real estate brands fully extinguished seems to have arrived.
