Zhang Huanming issued a letter of appointment to Luo Zhenyu.
The meeting accepted Liao Jinghua's resignation as county magistrate of the Yangshan County People's Government and decided to appoint Luo Zhenyu as deputy county magistrate of the Yangshan County People's Government and acting county magistrate.
Luo Zhenyu made a statement, saying that under the strong leadership of the county party committee, he would consciously accept the supervision of the people's congress and its standing committee, implement the resolutions and decisions of the people's congress meeting, and with the supervision and support of the county people's congress, unite and lead the county government team to keep in mind the mission, scrupulously fulfill their duties, be honest in performing official duties, and undertake practical work, accelerate the pace of green development and high-quality development in Yangshan, strive to create a practical model of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", and create a new benchmark for ecological development.
The conference also held a swearing-in ceremony to the Constitution.
