The reporter learned from the Heilongjiang Provincial Hydrological and Water Resources Center that as of 8 o'clock on the 28th, there were 14 hydrological stations in the province with super alert water levels of 0.02 to 3.92 meters (Heilongjiang Oupu Station, Huma Station, Sandoka Station, Zhangdiyingzi Township Station, Shangmachang Station, Heihe Station, Changfatun Station, Kalunshan Station, Shenglitun Station, Qike Station, Wuyun Station, Jiayin Station, Huma River Huma Bridge Station, NenjiangJiangqiao Station), of which 3 hydrological stations exceeded the guaranteed water level of 0.14 to 0.77 meters (Heilongjiang Sandaoka Station, Zhangdiyingzi Township Station, Changfatun Station). The largest range of super alert water level and guaranteed water level is the three card sections of Heilongjiang, with a super alert water level of 3.92 meters and a super guaranteed water level of 0.77 meters.

At present, the peak of the flood is slowly passing through the Heihe River section, the water level changes slowly, and the water level of the river above Zhangdiyingzi Township in Heihe City is falling, of which the water level of the Luogu River, mohe river and Kaikukang River has receded below the alert water level.

According to the current rain situation, after consultation with the Information Center of the Ministry of Water Resources and the Hydrological Bureau of the Songliao Committee, it is expected that the main stream of Heilongjiang will have a flood peak from June 29 to July 1, and the peak water level will exceed the alert water level by 1.1 to 1.5 meters (Shenglitun Station), which is 0.5 to 1.73 meters below the guaranteed water level (Wuyun Station), and the flood magnitude is 7 to 10 years.
