LeTV video actually belongs to LeTV, and the future LeTV intelligent ecology is mainly Lerong's new business. Zhang Wei said that before the end of 2018, LeTV's TV business was a holding subsidiary of LeTV, and from the end of 2018 to the beginning of 2019, the actual controller changed. LeTV currently legally owns a part of LeRongZhixin's shares, but leTV and Lerongzhixin are two independent companies with their own system content. Lerong Zhixin will still have capital-level actions in the future, but it is inconvenient to disclose them now.
