On July 20, Zheng Yu, deputy secretary general of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government and the interim party secretary and leader of the sixth batch of Inner Mongolia hanging cadres in the East-West Cooperation of Beijing Municipality, went to our county to dock and investigate the Beijing-Mongolia cooperation work.

Zheng Yu and his party successively went deep into the tissue culture center of Inner Mongolia Heesen Potato Seed Industry Co., Ltd., the construction project area of the Original Potato Breeding Industrial Park of Jingmeng Collaborative Potato in Lama Ban Village, Qitai Town, and the project area of Shangdu County Potato Storage and Fresh Processing Center built by The Capital Group in Xiaohaizi Town to conduct field research and detailed information on the development of the potato industry and the construction of the Beijing-Mongolia Cooperative Project in our county.
At the tissue culture center of Inner Mongolia Xisen Potato Seed Industry Co., Ltd., Zheng Yu visited the tissue culture room and the results exhibition hall, listened carefully to the introduction of the production and operation of the enterprise, and gave high praise to the practice of vigorously developing the potato industry based on the unique climatic advantages of our county and relying on the modern tissue culture center that has been built; In the potato original breeding industrial park, Zheng Yu learned in detail about the construction of the base, the development model and the situation of helping farmers increase income, and believed that the project adopted the industrial model of "company + cooperative + farmer", which not only became a typical example of the new model of potato industry development, but also further improved the enthusiasm and initiative of farmers to participate in the development of the industry, and strengthened the interest linkage mechanism of agricultural enterprises, so that farmers can steadily increase their income and effectively consolidate the results of poverty alleviation. It is hoped that on the basis of the counterpart assistance of beijing-Mongolia cooperation, we will do a good job in consolidating and expanding the effective connection between the achievements in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
