"Hello, please wear a mask." "Hello, please scan the code to enter." ...... Since August 9, Sichuan Neijiang Dongxing District has sent 794 helpers from 52 district-level departments to help prevent the epidemic, and in the early morning of August 10, Zhang Baoqin and her colleagues came to Kowloon Life Square to carry out epidemic prevention and control work.
When the cover reporter saw Zhang Baoqin, she was standing at the entrance of the market, reminding the passing citizens over and over again. Zhang Baoqin is not a native of Neijiang, but she "hit it off" with the city 9 years ago. From working alone in Neijiang to establishing a family in Neijiang, in the past 9 years, Zhang Baoqin has witnessed the earth-shaking changes in Neijiang and pursued her dreams in it.

Rush to the "Sweet City" to start a dream journey
"Neijiang is a city that matches my personality." As a northerner, at first, although there were concerns about language differences, Zhang Baoqin was pleased to find that the pace of the city was very slow, and her personality belonged to the gentle and quiet type, and she could find many points of convergence in Neijiang.
Back in 2012, Zhang Baoqin graduated from Southwest University for Nationalities as a graduate student. "Although I was born in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province, I have been studying abroad for many years, and I am afraid of the cold, so I have always wanted to develop in southern cities." After graduation, Zhang Baoqin went to Guangzhou and Shenzhen to find a job.
"It was a coincidence that I arrived in Neijiang." Zhang Baoqin laughed that in 2012, when she was preparing to leave from Chengdu to return to Heilongjiang, she suddenly received an interview notice from Neijiang. "Later, I learned that it was my roommate in the same dormitory who helped me sign up, and at that time, Neijiang was openly introducing high-level talents to the whole country."
Neijiang is the only way for Zhang Baoqin to go home, and with the psychology of trying it out, Zhang Baoqin went to Neijiang to participate in the interview. After the interview, Zhang Baoqin went home, and to her surprise, she passed the interview and was assigned to the Neijiang Dongxing Economic Development Zone (the former Management Committee of the Southwest Circular Economy Industrial Park in Neijiang City).
As the first batch of high-level talents introduced by Neijiang, that year, 66 young people, like Zhang Baoqin, rushed to the "sweet city" of Neijiang from all over the country to start their own sweet careers.
Dream of a foreign land Life is sweet and sweet
Zhang Baoqin stayed in Neijiang for nine years.
"When I first arrived in Neijiang, I received a lot of help from leaders and colleagues." Zhang Baoqin recalled that at that time, because the Southwest Circular Economy Industrial Park in Neijiang City was a newly established industrial park, many people in the team were business backbones drawn from various departments in Dongxing District, and with their help, they learned a lot. Coupled with a curiosity to study diligently, Zhang Baoqin's business quickly became proficient.
After the work was stable, in early 2014, Zhang Baoqin met her current husband through an introduction. "Before we met, I heard people say that he was very talented and had a better family style."
After getting along, Zhang Baoqin felt that the values of the two people were on the same line. Soon, the two were married in December 2014. In September this year, Zhang Baoqin's 6-year-old son will go to primary school.
What makes Zhang Baoqin feel even happier is that her in-laws are natives of Neijiang and their diet is spicy, but when living with them, her in-laws will deliberately make the meals lighter. They are also more careful, as soon as the Spring Festival arrives, they will prepare Sichuan sausages in advance for Zhang Baoqin to send to her parents in Heilongjiang.
Today's Zhang Baoqin has gradually matured and is now the director of the informatization unit of the Dongxing District Economic and Information Bureau. "I hope our little days are getting better and better." Zhang Baoqin is full of hope for the future.
In recent years, Neijiang has widely sprinkled "hero posts" to let more talents like Zhang Baoqin settle down in Neijiang. According to the relevant person in charge of the Organization Department of the Neijiang Municipal Party Committee, since 2015, through the "Sweet City Talents Introduction Project", Neijiang has introduced 604 high-level talents of various types.
