According to the different service points, service places and service scope, it is mainly divided into four categories: volunteers of urban volunteer service stations, volunteers of Winter Olympic cultural publicity and promotion, volunteers of urban operation and relay volunteers of the Winter Olympics.

The overall scale of volunteer service in the city volunteer service station is about 1700 people, mainly in 11 categories of 52 points such as scenic spots, traffic stations, ice and snow sports venues to carry out information consultation, guide explanation, traffic guidance, emergency rescue, safety tips, help the weak and the disabled and other services.

The overall scale of volunteer service for the promotion of Winter Olympic culture is about 12,000 people, mainly in the new era of civilization practice stations, Winter Olympics cultural demonstration communities, key homestay villages, enterprise parks, etc. to carry out Winter Olympic cultural publicity and promotion volunteer services, through the new era of civilization practice lecture hall, Winter Olympic ice and snow knowledge publicity, "help the Winter Olympics, civilized viewing" practical activities and other forms, to carry out the Winter Olympic civilization demonstration and leadership activities, to create a strong atmosphere of welcoming the Winter Olympics and blessing the Winter Olympics.

The overall scale of urban operation volunteer services is about 20,000 people, mainly with the 18 township and street volunteer service associations in the whole district as the main body, leading and uniting the volunteer forces in various fields, social organizations and volunteer service teams in the jurisdiction, and extensively carrying out various volunteer services such as joint construction of safety, community governance, ecological environmental protection, emergency rescue, epidemic prevention and control, back streets and alleys governance, energy conservation and emission reduction, etc., to escort the orderly operation of the city and social security and stability during the Winter Olympic Games.

The overall scale of volunteer volunteers in the Winter Olympic Relay is about 2,000 people, and they continue to carry out love relay assistance for the staff and families who serve in the venues in Yanqing, providing volunteer services such as item purchase, living care for the elderly or family members with physical disabilities, children's school transportation, children's academic counseling, psychological counseling and other volunteer services.

Zhuge Fukun, executive deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Yanqing District CPC Committee, introduced that in order to do a good job in these four types of volunteer services, we have further strengthened the management, motivation and guarantee of volunteers. In 52 cities, volunteer service stations have implemented the point chief responsibility system, established a post operation scheduling system; distributed certain clothing and equipment for various types of volunteer services, provided personal accident insurance and other guarantees; and encouraged volunteers to provide more enthusiastic and thoughtful services through various forms of overall publicity and reporting, point rewards, etc.
