The story of me and the "angels"

He Xiashou

That was the first time I knew Wang Dong. As soon as the class bell rang, I walked into the classroom. Perhaps for the first time, the children sat in the classroom early and waited quietly for me. I was just about to call out the password for class when I noticed a skinny kid in the last row, holding a small stick in his hand, waving it around and doing all sorts of weird movements. I thought he hadn't noticed me and coughed twice. Who knew that he looked at me and actually shouted "sesame open the door", which made all the children laugh and scream, and the classroom seemed to have suddenly overturned a cage of birds.

I wanted to take his stick on the spot, but in order to maintain my image, let alone meet for the first time, I suppressed the fire that had rushed overhead.

"It's class!" I raised my voice and shouted.

The classroom was quiet, but the child glanced at me and did not stop "funny" in the slightest. I was so angry that I wanted to vomit blood.

"He's 'in' again." A girl saw that I didn't understand the meaning of "going in" and pointed at the child, "He's a nerd!" ”

That's when I noticed the child. Big head and thin neck, like a handmade noodle man sold at a small stall. Especially those eyes remind me of the clear water pool in front of my house when I was a child, not only clear, but also with some fine ripples. What kind of child is this?

After class, I told his homeroom teacher, Mr. Pan, about it. From Teacher Pan, I knew that this child's name was Wang Dong, and although he looked quite quiet and handsome, he had some problems with his brain, and he inherited his mother. Wang Dong's father was an orphan, the family was poor, he only married his daughter-in-law in his forties, he was a foreigner, he looked very beautiful, but his brain was not too good, but he was better than Wang Dong.

"But to be honest, he played Alibaba, and he really invested!" I said to Teacher Pan.

"Yes, yes." After all, the class teacher is the class teacher, and he understands it more completely, "He has a lot of talent for acting, acting like what, especially open, but the brain is really simple, when 'going in', half a day can not remember a line, say one foot at a time." ”

It was "going in" again, and I finally understood that "going in" was a special word for Wang Dong, meaning that he was immersed in his own world, and at this time, the surrounding world was nothing. "So did he 'come out'?" I asked half-jokingly. "There are also 'out' people, and sometimes he speaks normally and is smarter than all of us normal." Teacher Pan answered seriously.

From Teacher Pan, I also learned that Wang Dong's classroom disturbances may be due to reasons: there are 41 children in their four (3) classes. Because the school wanted to hold a fairy tale festival, Teacher Pan and the class committee discussed and decided to perform a fairy tale drama "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves". But the children all want to be Alibaba, not the forty thieves. Think about it, the big thief is originally a bad person, plus the collective wholesale style, all of them are extras, of course, they are not willing to do it. Everyone held their breath and silently practiced Alibaba's action lines, striving to become "Alibaba" one day. Of course, everyone's "homework" is done after school and playing amateur, but Wang Dong regards this matter as a "profession".

As soon as I listened to Teacher Pan, I began to pay attention to Wang Donglai.

It's fairy tale class again. Because my office was a bit far from the fourth (3rd) class, with a small garden in between, I went to wait ten minutes early.

I came downstairs from the fourth (3rd) classroom, and since it was the end of class, there was a large group of children gathered in the small garden across the building, as if a wonderful circus was being staged there. I also got together.

It turned out to be a red woolen scarf under the bush, half new.

"Who's?" I asked.

"Wang Dong's." Some people say.

"Why don't you pick it up?"

"He's going to send the snake." Zhang Liangliang said.

"Who's to send?" I'm a little weird.

"Send the snake." Zhang Liangliang replied.

"Send the snake, who said that?" I was more curious.

"Who else, nerd Wang Dong?"

"Zhang Liangliang, you can't call it that." I was a little upset.

I brushed aside the crowd and found Wang Dong crouched by the bushes, his eyes staring at the red scarf without blinking, as if waiting for a bird to take off.

I pulled up Wang Dong and asked him what was wrong. Wang Dong said that there was a hole under the bush, and there was a snake in the hole, which was his good friend. It was cold, and he was going to give it the scarf his mother had knitted for him.

What a kind child. My heart shook.

Just then, the class bell rang. I hurriedly urged everyone to enter the classroom, but Wang Dong still lay on the ground as if he hadn't heard. I squatted down, touched Wang Dong's head, and said kindly, "Wang Dong, the snake is taking a nap." If you look at him again, he'll be embarrassed to accept the gift. Let's go to class first, and we'll come back after class, and maybe the snake will take the gift away. ”

"Really?" Wang Dong's clear spring was flooded with waves, as if it had been stirred up by small stones.

"Really!"

Wang Dong straightened his body, pulled me up, and said in a mysterious tone, "Don't argue, let's go!" "Don't let me say anything, drag me away, as if I were lying here and stealing his gift."

Halfway through the class, I suddenly thought of Wang Dong's scarf, and how to "cash" on those eyes after class, and I temporarily thought of a countermeasure, asking the children to sit quietly and read books, and I went to the library to borrow a few story books for everyone. I also stressed in particular: do not give those who are not disciplined!

I hurried to the bush, and accepted Wang Dong's scarf on behalf of the snake. He quickly ran to the library, put the scarf away, and borrowed a bag of fairy tale books from the librarian.

Less than ten minutes after leaving, when I came back to the classroom, I found that the classroom was more lively than the party: some people rode the tables and stools as horses, some climbed on the table to make models, some stood on the podium to play sumo... I was so angry that I almost fainted. When I checked, there were still four boys who were not in the classroom.

When I sent someone to call a few of them back, they all said in "go to the toilet". How clever the answer is that even the prisoners must be given time to relieve their internal emergencies, not to mention that they are the flowers of the motherland. I only secretly "escaped" slowly.

"Teacher He, there seems to be a stink in the classroom." The class leader, Wang Ni, really took the lead, and even the stench in the classroom took the lead in discovering it.

When she said this, we really smelled a smell of shame. There are dead rats in the classroom.

"Teacher He, Wang Dong peed!" With a loud shout, Wang Dong's table mate covered his nose overland, as if stung by a bee, and jumped out of his seat.

It was Wang Dong who peed, and his crotch was "painted" with a wet territory. And Wang Dong, like a bodhisattva, did not even blink an eye, but just sat shyly in his position, as if he was silently praying for the heavens, devotion, concentration.

"Wang Dong, what's wrong with you?" I asked very softly, for fear of disturbing him.

"Pee." Wang Dong also seemed a little embarrassed, and said it very lightly.

"Then why don't you go to the bathroom?" Lu Lu looked unhappy.

"The teacher said he wouldn't go until after class, and he couldn't go to class." Wang Dong had a serious face and said this like a backhand.

Wang Dong was an angel, even purer than an angel, and my heart palpitated.

"Don't go to the toilet, just pee here stinks us, you stay -"

I rushed to the road and coughed loudly, and he was startled by the "cough". I gently touched Wang Dong's head and gagged for a moment. Yes, I'm also not confident in how angels speak. After thinking about it for a while, I said loudly to everyone, "Wang Dong is an angel." Angels are sometimes different from us! ”

Wang Dong also seemed to know that I was praising him, and smiled even brighter. After class, I borrowed a pair of pants from the dance studio and changed them for him.

In another week, our school's annual Fairy Tale Festival will begin. Class Four (3) is rehearsing the fairy tale drama "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves" in an intensive manner.

After school late that day, I was changing my homework in the office. I heard someone downstairs shouting, "The snake has bitten!" This was followed by rapid footsteps.

I was startled and rushed out of the office. It turned out that Wang Dong had been bitten by a snake. From Lu Lu's mouth, I understood that the thing was this: after the rehearsal of the fairy tale drama, Wang Dong probably remembered the scarf for the snake, and walked around the bushes to see if the snake was wrapped around his scarf. There would have been no snakes in this big winter, the snakes were hibernating, who knew that these two days were hot, there was really a snake lying under the bushes basking in the sun, Wang Dong saw it, happily lying on the ground, and talking to the snake.

"At this time, Teacher Pan told me to go to Wang Dong." Lu Lu said, "I just ran there, and I heard Wang Dong asking the snake if he liked the scarf or something, and then he reached out and grabbed it, and the snake bit Wang Dong." Wang Dong shouted, and at this time, the snake slipped away. ”

Teacher Pan and the teacher who taught physical education sent Wang Dong to the hospital. Lu Lu still seemed to have palpitations when he said it, and there was fear on his face.

After listening to Lu Lu's words, I constantly tortured myself: For a special child like Wang Dong, was the "fairy tale" of me giving him a scarf and a snake for him at that time to make up? Is it valuable to compile it? Now that it's made up, is there a lack of necessary tracking and feedback. I even felt that it was my own flaws in some links that caused Wang Dong to be bitten by a snake.

I came to the hospital with a heavy and guilty feeling. Wang Dong was hanging salt water, and when he saw me, Wang Dong shouted very happily: "Teacher He is good!" ”

His shouts lit up my hazy heart. I asked the hospital about the situation. The doctor said that the problem was not big, and it was not a poisonous snake that bit him, but a cauliflower snake. Winter snakes are stiff, and they don't bite deeply, superficially. Hang a few bottles of salt water to reduce inflammation, and change the gauze the next day.

"Teacher He, the snake took my scarf, why did it bite me?" Wang Dong's face was full of doubts.

I should have asked, because it was I who told him that the snake would collect his scarf. In Wang Dong's world, snakes are also disciplined by our teachers.

"Because - because, you are an angel." Looking at Wang Dong's puzzled face, I scavenged the words and added with a smile, "The snake wants to eat you, and he comes to be an angel." ”

"I'm so big, its stomach can't fit." Wang Dong "went in" again.

"That is, next time you don't play with him." I'm also half in and half out.

"Well, angels can't play with snakes." Wang Dong smiled happily, he liked the "angel" I sent him.

"Yes, angels don't play with snakes!" I also laughed, for Wang Dong's kindness, magnanimity and credulity...
