The fruit of this variety is oval, with an average single fruit mass of 250 grams; the skin is green and yellow, the fruit spots are small and dense, the sepals are shed; the flesh is milky white, the flesh is extremely crisp, the juice is more, the flavor is sweet; the soluble solids are 13.1%, the titratable acid is 0.096%, the total sugar is 7.84%, the vitamin C content is 54.6 mg per gram, and the hardness (with skin) is 5.36 kg per square centimeter, and the quality is superior. This variety has moderate tree posture, high germination force, medium branching force, mainly short fruit branch fruit, and strong continuous fruiting ability. In the Zhengzhou area of Henan Province, it matures in early July, has a shelf life of 30 days, and can be stored for 3 to 4 months under refrigerated conditions.
The fruit traits of early crispy honey are similar to those of July crisp, while the skin color is similar to that of Zhongshan crisp pear, which is not obvious compared to that of Zhongshan crispy pear; the meat quality is similar to that of Zhongshan crisp pear, the meat is extremely crispy, and the degree of crispness exceeds that of Zhongshan crisp pear; the sweet taste, soluble solid content is significantly higher than that of early crisp, July crisp and Zhongshan crisp pear; the ripening period is similar to that of July crisp, 20 days earlier than that of early crisp, 2 months earlier than that of Zhongshan crispy pear; the shelf period is significantly longer than that of July crisp and early crisp, and the bagging consequences are clean and stable. It can be promoted as the main planting of early ripening pear varieties in The crispy pear planting areas such as North China, Northwest China and Bohai Bay.
