6. When the syrup thickens, the speed of bubbles bulging and cracking in the pot becomes significantly slower. Picking up the syrup with a spatula will drip slowly in a thin line, indicating that it is almost cooked.

7: Pour peppercorns, paprika and salt into the syrup at one time and stir quickly.

★ Peppercorns, paprika and salt can be mixed in a bowl in advance, pouring in at once. Do not pour in slowly in parts.

8: Add peanuts at the end. Stir-fry quickly so that the syrup is evenly wrapped over the peanuts.

9: Then sprinkle the corn starch evenly on the surface of the peanuts and continue to stir-fry evenly. At this time, the syrup will return to the sand, no longer a transparent texture, but a white sandy sugar shell stuck to the peanut. Turn off the heat. At this time, the strange flavor peanut is ready, but it is still soft when it is hot, and we have to let it cool completely, and it will become fragrant and crispy. After that, it can be stored in a sealed jar and tastes best after eating within a week.

Tips:

1. Can peanuts not be removed from red? If you are really lazy, don't go, just cool down and make it. But one of the problems with this is that the final syrup is wrapped in the red coat of peanuts, and the red coat of cooked peanuts is easier to fall off, so the good smell of peanuts may fall off together with the sugar coating of the shell, leaving a smooth peanut.

2, the degree of boiling of syrup is more critical. If it is not cooked enough, the sugar will be too soft and sticky to become sugar coating. But this recipe is relatively small, and the sugar is still easy and can be boiled quickly. If you can't grasp it, you can do it twice more.

3, you can add a large spoonful of fried white sesame seeds to the recipe, along with the peanuts added to the syrup, which will be more fragrant. You can also add a little cumin powder (0.5-1 g) to the recipe, and the taste will be richer. However, neither of these is necessary, depending on your preference.
