"There are 21 such wall paintings in the village." Zhang Luqian, first secretary of Gaofeng Village, said that these murals were specially painted by the poverty alleviation task force in Gaofeng Village, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, which specially invited teachers from the Nanjing Academy of Fine Arts to come and paint them.
In order to build Gaofeng Village into a "net red village" integrating agriculture and tourism, and to achieve an effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, the poverty alleviation task force of Shangang Village in Gaofeng Village allowed the teachers of the Academy of Fine Arts to combine the characteristic industries of Gaofeng Village and the Tujia culture, and created creative wall paintings such as beehives, water children, and cattle herding dolls on the upper floors of residents.
Gaofeng Village is located in the southeast of Zhongjie Town, Yanhe Autonomous County, Tongren City, due to serious rocky desertification, lack of water resources, and little available land, in 2014, the poverty incidence rate of the village was 34.56%, one of the 50 deeply impoverished villages in the county.
In March 2018, Shangang Village, Jingkai District, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, and Gaofeng Village, Zhongjie Town, Yanhe County, Guizhou Province, established a village-wide promotion and assistance agreement, and sent a poverty alleviation task force composed of help cadres and agricultural technicians to Gaofeng Village.

Zhang Luqian said that in the face of the development dilemma of Gaofeng Village, the Shangang Village Poverty Alleviation Task Force and the Peak Village Poverty Alleviation Task Force have worked together to combine the talents, technology, and funds of Shangang Village with the resources of Gaofeng Village to write a new chapter in the east-west poverty alleviation cooperation of "Shandeng Peak".

The time dates back to April 2019, Zhangjiagang Shangang Village in Gaofeng Village task force mobilized several young adults at home, to Zhangjiagang City to participate in field breeding technology training, road fees and living expenses are free, villager Luo Xianguo heard the news, also actively signed up.
Luo Xianguo had been growing traditional crops before, and when he was idle, he went to other provinces to do some handymanship, and the family struggled to survive. Last year, in order to take care of her 84-year-old mother, she chose to stay in the village.
After the training, Luo Xianguo obtained the "True Scriptures" and came back to teach his wife by hand, during which the couple managed the semi-automated quail farm in Gaofeng Village.
"Raising quail is similar to raising chickens, focusing on prevention, especially hygiene and disinfection." Luo Xianguo said.
Now, the couple manages the breeding of quail, the daily egg production reaches more than 500 catties, mainly sold to Guiyang, Zunyi, Tongren and other places, the two have a total of more than 6,000 yuan per month to guarantee the bottom salary plus benefit sharing, the family will live a prosperous life.

It is understood that since the poverty alleviation task force of Shangang Village in Gaofeng Village has carried out poverty alleviation in Gaofeng Village, the "Party Building +" project has been implemented with the Shangang Rural Cadre College as the carrier to enhance the "hematopoietic function" of the poor masses. It also mobilized poor households with willingness and ability to work to train in Zhangjiagang City, and effectively improved the labor skills and employment rate of poor people. Up to now, it has successfully cultivated 12 leaders of Gaofeng Village to get rich, and exported more than 120 laborers through training, including more than 70 poor laborers.
Yang Hong, commander of the Gaofeng Village Poverty Alleviation Command, said that the incidence of poverty in Gaofeng Village in 2014 was 34.56%. In 2019, the incidence of poverty in Gaofeng Village has been reduced to zero, and the per capita income has reached more than 9,000 yuan.

At present, the industrial park has built 57 high-standard greenhouses, and developed more than 30,000 sticks of Ganoderma lucidum, 9 mu of organic grapes and 7 mu of organic vegetables, laying a solid foundation for industrial development.
