"Qingming sees buds, valley rain sees tea". In our hometown, during the rainy season in the valley, it is the time when spring tea is fragrant. The lush green, fresh and green mountain tea plantations should be the most attractive scenery in late spring and April. At the invitation of a friend, during the rainy season of the valley, I returned to my hometown and came to the Baidailing Tea Garden in a thick spring color to attend a tea feast.
BaidianLing, more than ten kilometers away from the county seat of The Blue Mountains, is located in the northern foothills of nanling, known as "White Emperor Ridge" in ancient times, and is named because of "overlapping peaks and mountains, stretching and far away". Along the way, friends from hometown introduced it with relish. Baidianling has beautiful scenery, and since ancient times, there have been "eight views of one hundred stacks" and "eighteen views of one hundred stacks". According to legend, Emperor Shun, Xu Xiake, etc. have left footprints on the mountain, and still retain the relics of Emperor Shun's sacrifice roof, the Xiake Ancient Road, and the Qianlong Emperor's holy will monument, Red Fugong Tea. The mountains are verdant with trees, babbling streams, buzzing butterflies, fresh air and picturesque scenery. Especially in recent years, through the "tea area into scenic spots, tea gardens into parks, tea mountains into golden mountains" action, Bai Dieling Tea Garden is bursting with infinite vitality, has won the national 3A scenic spots, is the top ten tea tourism and leisure demonstration base in Hunan Province, and has also been identified by the Ministry of Agriculture as "Alpine Organic Tea Standard Garden", is a collection of leisure, health, sightseeing in one of the beautiful tea garden.

Half an hour later, our car arrived at Baidian Ridge. In the distance, the clouds and mist surround the mountains, and the green trees cover the herbs, and you immediately feel the ecological atmosphere of the oncoming. Walking into the tea garden, you will see a large area of green, and the tea trees that spread over the mountains are like a green carpet, which makes people look relaxed and pleasant. In the distance, a pool of blue water is quietly glowing, like emerald, the small lake with water and the verdant tea plantations shine together, and the white-walled and blue-tiled houses are dotted among them. Several purple swallows flew among the tea trees, cutting out beautiful arcs. The tea plantations are full of people, and the local people are busy picking tea. Among the tea pickers, there are men and women, old and young, a noisy laughter, not lively.
Several tea picking girls carry bamboo baskets on their backs, traveling lightly from the tea ridges, like colorful butterflies, flying in the midst of the blue waves. Their dexterous hands danced up and down like birds and finches jumping on the tea bushes, and one bud and two leaves fell into their bamboo baskets. During the tea picking, the girls couldn't help but sing mountain songs, and the pleasant songs echoed in the valley for a long time. All this is exactly as Gao Qi's "Tea Picking Words" depicts: "Thunder crosses the creek and the mountains are warm and the clouds are warm, and the bushes are half spitting out gun flags." The children of the silver plutonium sing accordingly, and who picks the most in the basket. "The beautiful tea picking girls, with the joy of harvest, carrying the expectation of happiness, with lingering feelings, brewing love songs in their hearts." Their appearance in the labor is full of youthful aura and full of intoxicating poetry. The beauty of nature can not be disappointed, we took photos in the beautiful tea garden, and then walked out of the tea garden. A friend said to visit the handmade tea, came to a bungalow, the fresh buds have been spread out in the dustpan, a tea master is preparing to stir-fry tea, the iron pot in the house has been burned red, he poured a dried dustpan of tea into the pot, making a crisp crackling sound. At this time, the master put a pair of large hands into the boiling hot pot, and kept flying in the wok, and after a while the tea leaves were raised, put in the dustpan and kneaded hard, kneaded and then sorted back into the pot, repeated several times. The final process is drying, in which the tea leaves that have been stir-fried several times are slowly turned in the pot until they are dried, and the strong aroma of tea wafts out. This scene suddenly reminded me of a tea-making poem written by the Song Dynasty Xiong Fan: "Dragon roasting sunset lavender condenses purple mist, and Fengchi Xiaomao brings smoke." The water buds only self-proclaimed and had, a washing of the gun flag for two hundred years. "This idiot who loves tea has sublimated the hard work of making tea, the dragon roasted phoenix pond, the purple mist and smoke." Perhaps only the Song people have such a romantic poetry to make such a good tea.
After visiting the handmade tea, we came to the tea culture exhibition hall of the tea garden. This is a chic three-story building, backed by the tea mountain, the first floor is an exhibition hall, the display shelf is filled with Baidianling silver, silver loach, Mao Jian, Lao Cong, big leaf bitter tea, Blue Mountain Red and other brands of tea, that trophy and quality certification, sampling report is very eye-catching. By the south window, there is a huge tea table, under the table wooden stools are scattered, the table is full of tea sets, glasses, blue and white porcelain tea cups are lined up. At the tea table, a girl with a clear eyebrow is making tea for the guests with a spring breeze. After taking a seat, the girl made a cup of this year's new tea for everyone. I took the tea handed by the girl with both hands, only to see the curly tea leaves in the cup slowly swirling with the hot water, gradually stretching, gently dancing, the ropes are evenly proportioned, the color is green, the tea soup is turquoise, and it has an indescribable beauty. A burst of fragrance also came to the face, and the whole room was filled with the aroma of tea.
I am a layman in tea picking and tea making, and I still know a little bit about tea tasting. Take a sip of the cup, the bitter taste immediately seeped into my taste buds, but after a moment, it was a sweet and refreshing aftertaste. Maybe this is the true meaning of tea, first bitter and then sweet. The friend next to him shouted after drinking: "Good tea, good tea!" At this time, the girl who made the tea smiled and told us like a family treasure. Tea garden is located in the depths of the mountains, the mountains undulating, the altitude of up to 850 meters, morning and evening fog, even the sky is full of clouds, tea trees bathed in cloud and mist, breathing the essence of rain and dew, free and born, natural and long, no chemical fertilizer, no pesticides, no pollution, only breeze, white mist, sunshine, rain and dew quietly accompanied by tea trees all over the mountains, is a veritable clean tea, ecological tea, organic tea. The girl is right, good mountains and good water can produce good tea. In fact, I already know that there is good tea here, and my relatives in my hometown will bring me some green tea and black tea produced by Bai Dieling every year, but it is the first time to drink tea and taste tea in the tea garden, which is really a rare enjoyment, and it also makes people have a lot of reverie and feelings.
The life of tea, ups and downs, through the invasion of wind and rain, endure the pain of separation during picking, after high temperature baking, drying in the sun, in order to release their fragrance in a cup of boiling water. Drinking tea is the joy of life, but also the etiquette of hospitality, it is a simple thing, but also a complicated thing. As "Tea Endowment" says: strong tea dissolves spirits, and light tea nourishes the spirit. Flower tea and gastrointestinal, clear tea filter dust. Cow drink can be scattered, slow taste can entertain. Tea let us learn deeply, understand the profound, no matter who it is, the end of the teacup, a sip of fragrant tea, immediately appear to have quality, taste, and spirit. The poet Zheng Banqiao said that "a cup of fragrant tea sits in the middle" and "only enters the tea cup with high people", comparing the character of tea; Feng Kebin of the Ming Dynasty summed up the thirteen appropriateness of drinking tea in the "Tea Notes": yiwu, yijiake, yi sitting, yi yin yong, yi waving, yi wandering, yi sleeping, yi sleeping, yi qing offering, yi jing she, yi huixin, yi appreciation, yi wen servant. Drinking tea and people's taste, cultivation, psychology, emotions, activities, habits, environment, etc., summarized into a set of perfect regulations. The charm and demeanor in a bowl of tea soup is such a high mountain and water.
The world is troubled, and life is like tea. In the world of tea, some people drink the vicissitudes of the years, some people taste the poetry of life, some people find the destination of life, and some people realize the salvation of the soul. More people regard tea as the basis for living and working in peace and contentment, "preferring to be oil-free and salt-free for three days than not drinking tea for a day." Throughout the ages, people have always associated books with tea, and most of the literati and inkers are tea-tasting gentlemen. They loved tea, drank tea, talked about tea, and left behind many masterpieces of chant tea. Lu Yu's "Tea Classic" of the Tang Dynasty said: "Tea is easy to refine and frugal people"; the Tang Dynasty poet Wei Yingwu sang in "Tea Students in the Garden of Joy": "Sexual purity cannot be polluted, and it is annoying to drink clean dust... Bai Juyi loves tea, "holds a bowl for no reason, and sends it to people who love tea", and wants to pass on this happiness of drinking tea to friends who also love tea; Su Shi understands tea, and his "drama is a small poem Jun smiles, never a good tea like a beautiful person", let people hold up the tea cup and think about it; Yuan Shu describes the pagoda poem of tea: "Tea, / fragrant leaves, young buds." / Mu Shike, love the monks. /..." Not only is the form special, catchy to read, but also tells us the form, function and people's love of tea; especially in the Song Dynasty Huang Tingjian is more fond of tea, he spent his life with tea, tea friends, tea to communicate, tea to discuss technology, tea to understand the Tao, is a love of tea into the poetry of the "tea person", leaving 84 tea poems, 11 tea words. In the tea garden of his hometown, his poem "Shuangjing Tea Sending Zi Zhan" was in his mind: "The wind and day on earth are not everywhere, and the heavenly Jade Hall Sen Bao book." I want to see the old residents of Dongpo and swing the pearl of a hundred flowers. My family Jiangnan picks clouds and is not as good as the snow. For the jun to evoke the dream of Huangzhou, he carried a flat boat to the five lakes. The poet's relatives in his hometown brought him some Shuangjing tea produced in his hometown, and he immediately thought of giving it to his friend Su Shi to taste, and attached this emotional and meaningful poem. His homesickness, friendship of friends, and caring heart are vividly expressed in the poems.
In fact, tea is a perennial evergreen woody plant, with arbor type, small tree type and shrub type. Born in the mountains, "no tree height, no floral fragrance", tolerant of poor ridges, suffering from yin, easy-going nature, do not show their faces, and hug the earth tightly. Tea in the shape of leaves, water as quality, rhyme as sex, and tranquility as a ritual, after thousands of years of inheritance and precipitation, has a story, a legend, a mystery, and an inspiration. A cup of tea, drinkable, readable; observable, audible; audible, audible. Among all sentient beings, some regard life as life, and their hands do not leave the cup, some taste and stop, only for entertainment; some pursue the efficacy of tea, and some pay attention to the taste of tea. In fact, there are six types of tea, each with its own characteristics. A cup of green tea is refreshing, a cup of black tea warms the stomach, a cup of white tea nourishes the heart, a cup of yellow tea nourishes the face, a cup of green tea refreshes, and a cup of black tea is fat-free. As long as you like, as long as it suits you, it is a good tea. Do not have to pursue the price, do not have to pay attention to the grade, drink can make people comfortable, drink can make people peaceful, taste can make people vulgar, is a cup of good tea. A cup of tea not only contains tea polyphenols, caffeine, amino acids, tea saponins and other unique substances, as well as vitamins, minerals, sugars, aromatics and other beneficial substances; a cup of tea, not only can antioxidant, lower blood lipids, anti-caries, lower blood pressure, but also anti-allergy, promote weight loss, prevent cardiovascular disease and so on. Therefore, tea is known as a health immortal, a fairy herb that prolongs life.
For me, the tea that has been drunk for decades is only limited to liking, and I don't know much about tea ceremony tea ceremony, tea ceremony tea style, tea art tea customs, tea poetry and tea songs, etc., and cannot give any evaluation. I'm not picky, I can drink any tea, and I know what kind of tea to drink at what time. But in recent years, I have favored green tea, especially the organic tea produced in my hometown of Baidialing, which has made me even more intoxicated. In fact, what is really unforgettable is not the delicious taste to the mouth, but the lingering taste, not the expensive tea, but the mood of drinking tea. Drinking tea every day is not only a habit, but also a good medicine to cleanse the soul. In the world, there will always be this and that mundane troubles, a cup of tea, can hide the taste of the world, let all the happiness, unhappiness with the tea precipitation. As the Tang Dynasty jiaoran said: "When you drink a drink, you will be full of love." Drink my god again, and suddenly sprinkle light dust like a flying rain. If you drink three drinks, you will be enlightened, so why bother to break through your troubles?"
"The tea is clean and big, the sun and moon in the pot are long", to the Baidianling Tea Garden where "the mountains have good scenery, the tea has a good taste" to taste tea, not for elegance, only for the pure heart. In the fragrance of tea, feel the spirituality of grass and trees, taste the taste of the years, watch the flow of a lifetime, and smile at the wind and dust along the way.
