This long-standing brand, of course, will have its unique treasure of town shop, which is a famous Chinese snack in Foshan - Fenning white sugar cotton cake.
In 1997, the white sugar cotton cake participated in the Hangzhou appraisal and was recognized as a Famous Chinese Snack by the China Cuisine Association, and in 2002, it participated in the Guangzhou Appraisal and was recognized as a Guangdong Famous Snack by the Guangdong Culinary Association.
However, with the demolition and transformation of Fenning Road, the storefront of Fenning Cuisine was only the former branch in Daguan Street, and the branch was ordered to take on the responsibility of the last Fenning cuisine in Foshan. It has experienced the prosperity of the early years of the Republic of China, and due to the decline of Foshan's commerce, it has gradually become a street where traditional medicine and other retail products gather. In the years since, although the people of Foshan do not have the same deep memories of it as they did about Yong'anli, and the shops are lined up, people still walk through this street with laughter. Gold jewelry, jade, yarn and silk industry, Baozitang, Ruizhitang, Tongfengtai, Yixing flower yarn line... These familiar nouns constitute the thickest undertone in the heart of old Foshan.

Fenning Road, 200 meters long, was originally composed of FenningLi and the old Penang Street. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, it was not far from the Foshan Gateway Zhengbu Wharf (Yong'an Road on the banks of the Fenjiang River) and was one of the commercial concentrations in Foshan. The road was built in 1931 and named after the longer Fenningli. Foshan Department Store Building, Baozitang Chinese Medicine Store, and Foreign Language Bookstore are here.
According to the "Foshan Street Strategy": the original Fenning Road Street has a market - Zhenbei City, selling all kinds of aquatic products, daily miscellaneous department stores, shops selling Beijing fruits, meat, medicines and other commodities, there are several bulk commodity wholesale banks, rice rows, hemp rows, tobacco rows, Gun numbers, medicinal materials rows, ginseng rows and so on gathered here. After the decline of Foshan's economy in the late Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the People's Republic, the commercial industry underwent adaptive adjustments, and the phenomenon of industry revitalization appeared.
Yixing flower yarn line, this is the foshan side of the Rich Jia Li family business. According to the census of cultural relics over the years, "Yixing Hua yarn line" is located at No. 62 Fenning Road, which was built in 1930 after the new road was built, and the owner was Li Shi, a giant of Foshan's flower and yarn industry. He built this large iconic shop based on the most fashionable multi-storey Western-style building in Foshan at that time. Located at the corner of the intersection of the new road, the shop was the most majestic among the many flower gauze businesses in Foshan at that time.
Later, a figure who was "good" at post-disaster reconstruction came and turned this place into a post-disaster disaster site. And Fenning Road no longer exists, she is called "Foshan Famous Town".
