Gold and silver emerald porridge, ingredient combinations and naming are all made by themselves. This is my amount alone.
Why is it called by its name? Millet is gold, glutinous rice is silver, and lettuce is emerald.
Start by preparing the ingredients you need:
1 handful of millet and 1 handful of glutinous rice, wash and soak in warm water for about 10 minutes, then set aside.

A few pieces of white fungus, wash and remove hooves, soak in hot water for about 20 minutes, set aside.
1 carrot, 1 yam section, lettuce section, wash and peel, dice yam and lettuce, carrot hob cut. Set aside.
Fill the electric pot with hot water, add salt and oil to an appropriate amount, add yam and carrots and cook together.
After boiling, add soaked millet, glutinous rice, white fungus, cover the pot lid and boil again, then beat the low heat and simmer slowly, stir the spoon 2 times during the stewing process, stew until the rice is rotten, the water is concentrated, then add the lettuce, turn it over, and boil it again.

If you like to eat meat friends, chop some meat foam, marinate in salt and soy sauce for about 30 minutes, and then add with lettuce.
If this porridge is given to young children, you can add meat foam or eggs, but you don't need white fungus.
