Chongqing Youyang: The ancient town of "she rice" incense

Tujia residents in Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County, Chongqing Municipality, have the traditional custom of eating "she's meal" on "She's Day" (that is, the fifth day after Lichun). The Tujia family attaches great importance to "living the society", and now as life gets better and better, many people have begun to make "community meals" after lichun and enjoy the delicious spring in advance.

In addition to common ingredients such as bacon, tofu, and rice, wild vegetables such as duck foot board, mugwort, and wild onions collected from the field are indispensable. These delicious ingredients are mixed and stir-fried to make "community rice" full of spring aromas.
