Ingredients: Smooth pudding powder, milk, egg yolk, water, sugar
Preparation steps:
1: Take the pot, pour in 200g of water and bring to a boil.
2: Add milk and sugar to boiling water, stir while boiling, and switch to low heat when the water is boiling.
3: Add pudding powder and beaten egg yolks and mix well.
4: Turn off the heat and then filter the boiled pudding solution.
5: Stir the pudding liquid well with a spoon until there is no bubble and the liquid level becomes smooth.
6: Pour the pudding liquid into the mold and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Method 2:
Ingredients: Mango, milk, sugar, light cream, water, fish gelatin powder, strawberry jam
1: Add 30g of water to the fish gelatin powder and soak for 15 minutes.
2. Insulate the fish glue and melt it into a liquid.
3: Put an appropriate amount of strawberry jam into a cloth bag, add half a spoonful of fish glue liquid, and mix well.
4: Squeeze the strawberry jam in the center of the mold and let stand for half an hour.
5: Peel the mango, peel off the pulp and puree the fruit.
6: Beat the light cream until it is five times available (slightly larger).
7: Add milk, sugar, condensed milk, part of mango puree and fish glue to the cream and mix well.
8: Use a spoon to scoop the mixture into the mold, leave some space, squeeze some strawberry jam or put some mango fruit grains.
9: Refrigerate for 2 hours.
