In the past two days, various parts of Lanshan County have ushered in many consecutive days of sunshine, creating good conditions for rice harvesting. In the rice fields of Zhushi Village in Tafeng Town, strings of plump grain ears bend the rice stalks, and the breeze blows, and the rice waves roll, looking out, all over the field. A harvester "clicks" back and forth through the fields, harvesting the grainy, yellow rice.
Huang Xuelin is a large grain grower in Lanshan County, and has planted more than 300 mu of late rice this year. Although some of the late rice was lodging due to the influence of the rainy days some time ago, the rice ears were still full of branches and the rice grains were full. In order to seize the good weather and ensure that the rice grains return to the warehouse, Huang Xuelin invited the harvester of the cooperative to help harvest the late rice. I saw the harvester running rapidly in the golden rice field, quickly loading the rice harvest and loading the truck, and filling most of the truck in less than two hours.
Such autumn harvest scenes have been staged in the vast rural fields of Lanshan County. Huang Xuelin, a large grain grower, told the author that such a large field can be harvested in about 10 minutes, the grain particles can be returned to the warehouse, and the straw is crushed and returned to the field, which not only cultivates the soil power, saves the cost of rice production, but also effectively avoids the environmental pollution caused by straw burning and protects the ecological environment.

According to the statistics of the agricultural department of Lanshan County, the planting area of late rice in Lanshan County this year is 118,100 mu, an increase of 0.11 million mu compared with last year, and the output of late rice is expected to reach 54,300 tons.
