Questions from young people
As the first guest to share, Lisa, founder and CEO of Youth Chronicles, started from the questions of youth in the post-epidemic era and reflected on what is a good life?
Have their own foundation: have a conceptual foothold, establish their own life meaning and value system.
Have your own method: find a way to get along with the world. Find yourself something to do over and over again, and through that you connect with the world.
Have your own community: The end of the road to independence is unimaginable emptiness and boredom, and each of us needs to make ourselves belong to a collective through our own efforts.

Create: "Fight anxiety" happiness you don't understand
Everyone's path is not a straight line, and the "sense of experience of life" is very important to me.
Starting from her own experience, Sherry talks about the choices she faces and her full struggle for opportunities in the pursuit of "the experiential sense of life".
The path of life is never a straight line, life should be a process full of experience, to explore what we really love, only in this process of exploration and search, we will not be driven and consumed by the environment, follow what we really want to do in our hearts.
She said: "The so-called experience is not a purposeless 'blind toss', but to ask myself before each choice, why do I do this, and in each process to go all out to see if I am really suitable for this field, such an experience is a 'real experience'. Continuous experience brings us not only opportunities, but also the expansion of horizons, the acquaintance of peers and the discovery of things that we are really good at and interested in.

Ma Li is a beneficiary of C Charity and a special guest of the Shaming Talks x Yinchuan Art Museum of Contemporary Art Speech Conference, and she shared her story of confrontation with fate.
She said, "I hope that when I have the right to choose in the future, I can choose meaningful, time-consuming work instead of being forced to make a living." I would try to get what I liked myself, palm down, was reassuring; upward palm, I didn't want to stick out. I want every girl to have the right to choose freely. If reading can change my destiny, I believe it will change your destiny as well. Please stick with it. I know the process of shaping yourself is painful, but please believe that in the near future you will gain a better version of yourself."
04. Chen Zhuoer Lallas
Lying · A fresh start after the return of the self
Zoll talked about her story with Lying Flat, saying, "Life doesn't get any easier because of your inner struggles. It's the same, and it doesn't make it harder because of it.
The meaning of lying flat is that if I lose, there is nothing to be ashamed of, others are originally from a higher starting platform; if I win, it means that my efforts have paid off, and I have to continue to work hard.
When we choose to lie flat, it does not mean that life is wasted in idleness and trance. I understand lying flat, even if lying down, even in daydreams, to strive to live out the beauty and abundance of life.

Wang Xuechuan, executive deputy director of Yinchuan Contemporary Art Museum, told the story of himself and Yinchuan Contemporary Art Museum from an artistic point of view.
In a place that was originally uninhabited, a contemporary art museum in a city that did not have abundant artistic soil, it was like a dream. Third-tier cities need culture, enjoy culture, and the beauty of art is not just the patent of big cities.
What really makes people feel moved, amazed, angry, and incomprehensible is not the work itself, but the self who is looking at it, and your life, your life, the past you have experienced and the present you are experiencing and the future you are worried about are the reasons why you are really emotional.
06. Liu Jiajie Jonny
Departure · Where do we go from here?
Through one case study, Jonny shared with us how we should act and explore ourselves in such an environmental context from a psychological point of view.
He mentions the phenomenon of "negative bias" in psychology, that is, because of human evolution, we will pay more attention to the dangers and bad things in our surroundings, so that we can ensure safety and survival.
Pay attention to the negative events around you, bad things, it is not your fault, many times it is caused by evolution, but whether to pay attention to the beauty that already exists in life, we can choose!
What we focus on, we get!
If we focus on optimism, positivity, pleasure, we get that too, and if we focus on negativity, anxiety, depression, a lot of times we get more of that too.

After the speech session, the audience was still unsatisfied.
The roundtable dialogue session that followed the interactive exchange of live questions also began!
In the roundtable dialogue session, we invited Mr. Zhang Feisong to share as a special guest, we collected many questions on the spot, but due to time constraints, we could only choose the part that everyone was most concerned about to communicate with the speakers.
From their own perspectives, the seven guests gave vivid or in-depth answers to questions on the spot.
The state of each young person is geographical, what are the good suggestions for us Northwest youth to build a new life?
First, we must know ourselves, find out what our strengths are, and do what we are good at;
Second, plan the things you are good at into several steps, divide the goal into stages, step by step to achieve it, in the process of pursuing the goal, whether the goal is achieved or not, we will also get different scenery in the process.

Thanks to the support of 7 guests, 48 partners, all the staff of Yinchuan Contemporary Art Museum, 5 full-time C charity and 21 volunteers+, the event was successfully held.
From the successful holding of the first issue on June 16, 2019 to the present, shamingTalks has been growing for three years, our original intention is very simple "to activate the northwest power with a pluralistic vision", we want to explore the themes that Ningxia needs and cares more, bring similar and advanced references, speak for local thinking, stimulate more practical thoughts and actions, and can also be understood as: a group of young people, the ambition to do a big thing.
