Born in 1978, Li Jiantang is a native of Zhucheng, Shandong. In 2006, he changed careers and was transferred to the judicial police detachment of the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court in 2011. At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic struck suddenly. Longzui Village has a large area and many inspection sites, so Li Jiantang led the villagers to patrol in groups.
