Zhu Xun [miǎn] was a minister during the Northern Song Dynasty, known as the "Six Thieves of the Northern Song Dynasty", and was a famous traitor during the Northern Song Dynasty, who was highly valued through flattery.

Zhu Xun was born in Zhejiang in 1075, the father of Zhu Chong, born into a poor lower working class, employed by people, because he was not tamed, so he was whipped on the back. Suzhou can't go on, wandering outside the city, encountering a youfang Daoist, from the old road to get a few prescriptions for treatment.

After that, Zhu Chong returned to the city and began to set up a stall to sell medicine. Because the medicinal effect is good, once it is passed on to ten to ten hundred, there are more people to buy, and Zhu Chong has made a fortune. It is said here that the reason why Zhu Chong was able to get the prescription from the Daoist was because he was at odds with the Daoists, sacrificed the "back court", and served the old Dao for a good time, and paid for the prescription.

Regardless of whether he has a physical relationship with Lao Dao or not, in short, Zhu Chong has developed a trace, and since then he has often made friends and funded people who have come and gone, and his reputation has become more and more loud. Later, Cai Jing was relegated to Hangzhou, and when passing through Suzhou, he wanted to build a temple, which cost tens of thousands of dollars. At that time, Zhu Chong's reputation was far and wide, so a monk recommended Zhu Chong to Cai Jing.

Zhu Chong got this opportunity, without hesitation, and immediately spent money exclusively to fund Cai Jing, the temple was built, and he was also appreciated by Cai Jing. Later, Cai Jing was recalled to the capital, and Zhu Chong and Zhu Xun's father and son were taken back by Cai Jing.

Zhu Chong and Zhu Xun had no meritorious names or military ranks, and it was still relatively difficult to become officials. But Cai Jing wants to promote the two, naturally there is a way. At the behest of Cai Jing, Tong Guan gave the two men military ranks and pretended to be military officials.

When Emperor Huizong of Song reigned, he liked strange flowers and stones, and Zhu Chong and Zhu Xun were originally good at guessing the intentions of the superiors and pleasing the superiors. Emperor Huizong of Song had such a preference, which just became a means for them to curry favor with Emperor Huizong of Song. They "secretly took the treasures of Zhejiang to advance" and transported three strange yellow poplars into the palace garden. Emperor Huizong of Song was very happy, and Cai Jing introduced him to say good things, so Zhu Xun was appreciated by Emperor Huizong of Song and was fully responsible for the "Ying Feng Bureau" in Suzhou and specially handled the collection of tribute.

Those who have seen "Water Margin" should all know the "Huashi Gang", Zhu Xun collected the strange flowers and stones, through the Huai River and the Bian River by boat, and transported back to Beijing, which is the real "Huashi Gang" in history.

Zhu Xun gained the favor of Emperor Huizong of Song by collecting strange flowers and stones for Emperor Huizong of Song, and sat all the way to the position of the defensive envoy of Hezhou. In the fifth year of Xuanhe, for paying tribute to a huge Taihu stone that was four zhang high, Emperor Huizong of Song gave him the name "Divine Fortune Zhaogong Stone" and was rewarded with the title of "Marquis of Pangu", and Zhu Xun was promoted to weiyuan jiedushi.

However, Zhu Xun's promotion was exchanged for the blood and sweat of the people, and at that time, as long as Zhu Xun heard that anyone in the family of the people of Suzhou had flowers and stones that could be enjoyed, he led the jian pawns to break into other people's homes and put yellow seals on these flowers and stones, indicating that they were tributes.

When the people complained a little, he took the opportunity to frame people, put a "great disrespect" on the person, and threatened others to pay money and money, otherwise they would be escorted to prison and await trial. Zhu Xun came to such a hand, ordinary people are often forced to sell their children and daughters, and their families are ruined.

In the name of purchasing flower stones, Zhu Xun "took hundreds of millions of dollars per taking", but in fact he did not compensate those people at all, and even often extorted money and made a windfall.

Zhu Xun's actions eventually triggered the Fang La Rebellion in the name of "Jie Zhu Xun", which had a serious impact on the rule of the Song Dynasty. Although Zhu Xun was initially affected, after the Fang la rebellion was suppressed, Zhu Xun was reinstated as an official and "did not avoid palace concubines when he entered the palace".

Zhu Xun was favored by Emperor Huizong of Song through the procurement of flower stones, but flattery and deception were far from a long-term approach. Therefore, in the seventh year of Xuanhe, after jin soldiers defended Kaifeng and Song Huizong gave way to Song Qinzong, the end of Zhu Xun also came.

After the Jin army retreated, the government and the public were full of condemnation for killing the "six thieves". At this time, Emperor Huizong of Song was already the Emperor Taishang and had no way to protect Zhu Xun. At the common request of the government and the opposition, Emperor Qinzong of Song could only choose to strip Zhu Xun of his father and son's official positions, exile him, and then execute him in the middle of the edict.

Zhu Xun's father and son, who had endangered Suzhou for decades, were eventually beheaded. After the news reached Suzhou, the people cheered and rushed to the same paradise together, smashing it into the air and eliminating their anger.
