Yueqing Agricultural Machinery Comprehensive Service Center now has 1 factory seedling center with a seasonal breeding capacity of 30,000 mu; a rice processing center with a daily processing capacity of more than 50 tons of grain and supporting storage of 2,000 tons; 2 grain drying centers with a batch drying capacity of 150 tons; and a plant protection UAV flight defense operation center with more than 20 units. These projects are all pilot projects for the whole process of socialization service of agricultural production in Yueqing City.
Feng Chenghuan, head of the Yueqing Flying Plant Protection Professional Cooperative, introduced that although Yueqing City belongs to a large grain county, in recent years, it is difficult to hire workers in the grain production link, and among the many links of grain production, the technical content is high and the risk is large, and the planting enthusiasm of farmers has declined.
In 2017, Huang Rongliang and his team actively investigated the current situation of agricultural production in Yueqing City, and found that there were five major problems in the local area, such as weak seedling breeding ability, insufficient grain drying capacity, low efficiency of farmers' production of grain products, difficulty in solving the problem of flying anti-plant protection, and shortcomings in maintenance, and began to promote agricultural mechanization operations.
Huang Rongliang closely focused on the short board, put forward the "medicine to nourish the machine, to promote the medicine" business model, scientific selection of pesticide enterprises to build unmanned aerial vehicle plant protection projects, the original artificial pesticide per mu per spraying of 13-15 yuan cost down control at 5 yuan per mu each time, reducing the labor cost of the project at the same time, but also greatly improved the production efficiency.
During the period, Huang Rongliang's team has always adhered to the working concept of "serving farmers, improving efficiency and reducing labor", and has successively built and developed a pilot center for breeding and supplying seedlings, a pilot center for grain drying and rice processing, a fly prevention and plant protection center, a greenhouse automation control center, and a golden spike grain delivery and interconnection system, and is committed to solving the production difficulties in all aspects of agricultural production, creating the greatest benefits at the least cost, and benefiting farmers.
Bao Xiaoyun, head of the Yueqing Green Farmers Rice Professional Cooperative, said that the factory production equipment of the pilot center for breeding and supplying seedlings belongs to the automated non-standard design, and the original manufacturer's products are expensive, far exceeding the budget. Through inspection, Huang Rongliang designed his own control circuit and conveying equipment, and independently developed the seedling central feeding system, production line, seedling greenhouse, etc., saving more than 2 million yuan for the project and improving the efficiency of 60% compared with ordinary seedlings. On March 25, experts from the China Rice Research Institute came to Yueqing to inspect the production of this project, and they gave a high evaluation to the relevant automated production equipment and high efficiency operation capabilities developed by themselves, and put forward the intention of cooperation.

He said that the grain drying center and the rice processing center are two related sub-projects, and the project requires the grain drying center and the rice processing center to achieve automatic grain production and grain intake, and to achieve one-click control. Design and construction are difficult, and many technicians have no way to do anything about it. Huang Rongliang studied hard and created a golden spike grain delivery and interconnection system to achieve the interconnection of various transmission links.
Due to the good quality of factory production seedlings, good service, coupled with the government subsidies after the farmers' affordability, this year's early rice seedling orders suddenly surged, only half a month a total of 400,000 seedlings were produced, all machines are high-load production, in order not to delay the daytime production tasks, Huang Rongliang had to work overtime until the early morning to repair the machine. "The machine will be retrofitted and upgraded to better improve the technology." Huang Rongliang said.
Different from the traditional labor scene of "facing the loess with your back to the sky", yueqing's agricultural mechanization operation has gradually become the "protagonist". This is inseparable from the hard work of grassroots workers like Huang Rongliang.
