(1) Job responsibilities:
1. Handle litigation and non-litigation legal affairs, including dispute resolution and litigation, bankruptcy liquidation, etc.;
2. As the legal counsel unit of the lead lawyer service law firm;
3. Participate in project negotiations as the lead lawyer.
(2) Requirements for employment
1. Bachelor degree or above in law from full-time legal colleges and universities (985, 211 institutions preferred);
2. Obtain a lawyer's practice certificate and have an excellent practice record;
3. Have independent practice experience, or have handled major, complex and difficult cases as one of the agents;
4. Have the spirit of synergy, meticulous and rigorous, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

1. Provide professional work assistance for the sponsoring lawyer, including but not limited to document writing, auxiliary negotiation, litigation support, customer communication, business return visit, etc.;
2. Provide business documentation and business process plan management support for the host lawyer, and improve work efficiency.
