The first meeting of the Seventh People's Congress of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, which lasted for four days, successfully concluded on the afternoon of October 20 in the Bao'an District Committee and District Government Hall, and the meeting elected the new leading group of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, the leading group of the District Government, the director of the District Supervision Commission, the president of the District People's Court, the chief procurator of the District People's Procuratorate, and the members of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress.
Yu Baoming was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People's Congress of Bao'an District, and Wang Lide was elected as the governor of the Bao'an District People's Government. Zhang Song was elected chairman of the Bao'an District Supervision Commission.
Wang Shourui, secretary of the district party committee, Yao Gang, chairman of the district CPPCC committee, Zhang Zhibiao, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Sixth District People's Congress, and other district leaders attended the meeting and sat on the rostrum.
Before the closing meeting, the third plenary session of the first session of the Seventh People's Congress of Bao'an District was held, and relevant personnel were elected. The meeting shall be up to 306, and the actual number shall be 303, in accordance with the quorum.
Wen Changzhi, Mao Wuyuan, Liu Hongying, Xie Bingwen, Su Xijin, and Fan Yanta were elected as vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People's Congress of Bao'an District. Meng Jinjin, Cai Fan, Lian Cong, Liu Dan, Shen Jinzhang, Zhu Yun and Li Jieyun were elected as deputy district governors of Bao'an District People's Government. Li Jiuxiang was elected president of the Bao'an District People's Court. Wu Shunong was elected chief procurator of the Bao'an District People's Procuratorate, and according to the provisions of law, he must report to the chief procurator of the Municipal People's Procuratorate for approval by the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress. Upon the issuance of the certificate of election, the newly elected person takes the oath of office to the Constitution.
The meeting voted and approved the list of members of the special committees of the Seventh District People's Congress, and voted and adopted the resolution on the work report of the people's government of Bao'an District of Shenzhen City, the resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Bao'an District of Shenzhen City, the resolution on the work report of the People's Court of Bao'an District of Shenzhen City, and the resolution on the work report of the People's Procuratorate of Bao'an District of Shenzhen City.
The closing session was held after the completion of the agenda of the third plenary meeting. Yu Baoming presided over the closing ceremony and made a speech.
