In order to please Li Deyu, Li Shen fabricated wu xiangluo, wu wuling's nephew, and sentenced him to death. In 847, as soon as Emperor Xuanzong of Tang ascended the throne, he deposed Li Deyu from his position as chancellor, and all the cadres of Li Dang were demoted to Yazhou. At this time, Wu Xiang's brother Wu Runa showed his sword, and he complained for his brother and asked the imperial court to review Wu Xiang's case. As a result, after the review of the three divisions, Wu Xiang was finally rehabilitated.
