Ketoconazole contained in this product is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug, which has bacteriostatic or bactericidal effects on dermatophytes and candida. Clobetasol propionate is a glucocorticoid with strong anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.
It is used to treat and prevent infections caused by a variety of fungi, such as pityriasis of the scalp (dandruff), seborrheic dermatitis and tinea versicolor. Rapidly relieves desquamation and itching caused by seborrheic dermatitis and bran on the scalp.
2 Ketoconazole lotion (Cele) does not contain hormones and has a milder effect
Cele lotion containing ketoconazole has a strong inhibitory effect on the pruriens. OTC drugs can be purchased with confidence.

Therefore, generally when choosing, if there are severe itching symptoms accompanied by dandruff, it is recommended to use Kangwang lotion. If there is only dandruff, choose 1% or 2% cele lotion depending on the severity.
Third, the dosage and precautions for use of the two
1 The dosage of Kangwang lotion or Caile lotion
Tinea versicolor (sweat spots): once a day for 5 days. Can be applied directly to the skin and then washed with water;
Seborrheic dermatitis and pityriasis of the scalp (dandruff): 2 times a week for 2 to 4 weeks, consolidation therapy may be given every 1 to 2 weeks. Apply directly to damp hair (preferably after cleansing), rub for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse.
Note: Clobetasol propionate is a potent glucocorticoid, and it is generally recommended that the cycle of use in children should not exceed four weeks when using compound ketoconazole lotion, and the recommended cycle of use in adults should not exceed eight weeks.
2 Precautions for the use of lotion
