Zheng Tianxiang (1914–2013) was a native of Liangshan, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He once served as the director of the Seven Machines Department and the president of the Supreme People's Court. He is an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, a tried and tested loyal communist fighter, a proletarian revolutionary, and an outstanding leader of China's political and legal front.
