The Huanglan Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower is located in the north direction of West Huanglan Village, Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Weihai City. In 2020, it was included in the list of red imprint rescue protection and utilization in Weihai City.

In 1973, the former Huanglan Commune moved the Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower from Erlong Mountain to the hill 80 meters north of Xihuanglan Village, which covers an area of 360 square meters and a construction area of 76.08 square meters. The memorial tower is a stone structure, the base of the tower is square; the height of the tower is 10.03 meters, in the shape of a column cone; the front of the middle section of the tower has two sets of White Jade carved texts, on which are "Revolutionary Martyrs Are Immortal", and the bottom of the tower is engraved with a list of 30 martyrs; the top is a bucket type, and there are five-pointed stars on the front.

According to the List of Martyrs, there were three battles that took place at the Huanglan garrison: the Battle of Erlongshan in June 1941, the Battle of Baiyuzhuang in April 1943, and the Battle of Nanshan in Shanmabu in January 1944.
