After research, it was decided that:
Comrade Gong Xiaoqin was appointed director of the Huai'an City Port Office and dismissed from the post of Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Huai'an Municipal People's Government;
Comrade Zhou Haibin served as the director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Huai'an Municipal People's Government and was relieved of his post as deputy director of the Huai'an Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau;
Comrade Wang Kaiquan served as the deputy director of the office of the Huai'an Municipal People's Government, with a probationary period of 1 year;
Comrade Ding Rui served as deputy director of the Huai'an Municipal Public Security Bureau;
Comrade Liu Linyue served as the head of the economic crime investigation detachment of the Huai'an Municipal Public Security Bureau, with a probationary period of 1 year;
Comrade Chen Hongbo served as the leader of the patrol special police detachment of the Huai'an Municipal Public Security Bureau, with a probationary period of 1 year;
Comrade Sun He served as the leader of the huai'an city cultural market comprehensive law enforcement detachment;
Comrade Liu Hui served as the deputy director of the Zhou Enlai Memorial Land Administration Bureau, with a probationary period of 1 year;
Comrades Lin Ning and Li Shuyan served as vice presidents of the First People's Hospital of Huai'an City, with a probationary period of 1 year;
Comrade Ma Zhaoyong served as the principal of Huai'an Culture and Art School for a probationary period of 1 year;
Dismissed Comrade Xu Xiaowen from the post of Director of the Transportation Combat Readiness Office of the Huai'an Municipal National Defense Mobilization Committee;
Dismissed Comrade Zhang Donglai from the post of director of the Huai'an City Port Office;
DismissEd Comrade Feng Jianhuai from his post as head of the traffic police detachment of the Huai'an City Public Security Bureau;
Dismissed Comrade Xu Guangbo from his post as head of the economic crime investigation detachment of the Huai'an Municipal Public Security Bureau;
Dismissed Comrade Wang Tong from his post as the head of the patrol special police detachment of the Huai'an City Public Security Bureau;
Comrade Zhu Feng was relieved of his post as director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone.
