　　Secondly, Chen Lina said that the "Control Yuan" had made corrections in response to the 2014 Kaohsiung petrochemical gas explosion and pointed out that the final amount of the Kaohsiung gas explosion donation was as high as NT$4,566.3 million 9,017, and according to the provisions of point 4 of the gas explosion donation management operation points and the investigation, the 59 donation application plans submitted by Kaohsiung City did not specify which provisions were met.
