The Kaohsiung City Council began the general inquiry of the 6th regular meeting of the third session today, and the follow-up accountability of the "City within the City" fire became the focus of the blue-green camp. Not only did the parliamentarians in the chamber sharpen their knives, but there was also a Chen Kang launched by a non-governmental organization outside the chamber, demanding that Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Qimai step down and take responsibility. According to Taiwan media reports, most of the people at the scene were "Han Fan", "Almond Brother" Wu Yuquan, "Picking Master", doctor Huang Yilin and others all came to the scene to express support, and everyone shouted "Chen Qimai stepped down" in unison.

Dissatisfied with the fire treatment of the "city within the city", the Kaohsiung City Council broke out into a conflict, and the people wanted Chen Qimai to step down

Xu Shangxian, the initiator of the activity, said that after the fire in the city, Chen Qimai continued to evade, only to launch two bureau chiefs to block the gun, and then the municipal government announced a list of more than 10 bureau personnel to punish "just can't see where Chen Qimai's responsibility is." Xu Shangxian roared angrily, Chen Qimai, don't pretend to be stupid, we just want you to step down.

The Fengshan sub-bureau in Kaohsiung deployed a large number of police forces in the parliament, but the protesters were so emotional that they tried to rush into the parliament hall at one point, but were stopped by the police. At noon, Kuomintang city councilor Qiu Yuxuan's questioning ended and asked Chen Qimai to go outside to accept the people's complaints, but Chen did not respond. Then Qiu led several people to prepare to enter the parliament to coordinate, but the others broke through the siege and collectively poured into the mayor Chen Qimai's lounge to express their demands, leaving one after another for about 10 minutes.

Seeing protesters enter parliament, the police stood outside the lounge to prevent the scene from getting out of control, while mayor Chen Qimai did not show his face. DPP lawmaker Qiu Junxian blocked the door of the lounge, which did not cause a physical conflict for the time being. After the protests, Chan was escorted out of parliament by police chief Wong Ming-cheung and deputy speaker Luk Shu-mei.

In response to the out-of-control influx of the masses into the parliament, the Kaohsiung City Council said that there is a planned Chen kang area for the people of Chen Kang, and the people can exercise their rights and interests. The reason for the entry of the Chen Kang people into the Parliament today was that the Hon Yau Yu Xuan interacted with the Chen Kang people after the questioning was over, and assisted the three representatives of the Chen Kang people to express their opinions to the mayor, but they could not see Mayor Chen, because the Chen Kang people did not carry out the epidemic prevention system, and asked them to withdraw immediately.
