Public welfare + low compensation" model, to achieve the community public space operation from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis" transformation, the community out of space, partners out of the service, on the one hand, let the community service "live", on the other hand, let the market players in the service at the same time to open up the potential market, and this "win-win" model ultimately benefits the community residents. How about the quality and efficiency of the service, residents and friends come to "hit the list". Residents are the leaders of community governance and the direct beneficiaries of services. After telling the comments, the members of the people's group, the members of the community party organization, and the residents' representatives voted on the list from three aspects: service attitude, service efficiency, and service innovation, and pasted love on the blackboard for their favorite service parties and service content. Yuenai Tianci Community Service Center received a total of 40 votes in the three aspects of the competition, won the first place, and was rated as the gold medal service provider of "space for resources" in 2024. The service is not satisfied, and the residents and friends have the most right to speak. Yang Congmao said that he and his family have participated in many public welfare classes organized by Yuetianci, and the activities are novel, high-quality and targeted, so they are willing to "make a list" for them. Content evaluation is not the goal, improvement is the key, and all service units are encouraged to further provide better services for residents, achieve good order operation, and promote the improvement of community governance.
