At the event site, the staff patiently explained food safety science knowledge to the public by hanging banners, distributing publicity materials, setting up consultation desks and other forms, widely publicizing the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, enhancing the public's awareness of food safety and self-protection, and creating a good social trend of civilized dining, strict economy, and opposition to waste. At the same time, the masses are encouraged to report clues of violations and crimes, and actively participate in the social co-governance of food safety.
A total of more than 300 copies of safety leaflets (booklets), posters, and various promotional materials were distributed in this activity.
