Fast Technology reported on October 11 that Tesla's Robotaxi driverless taxi conference finally began, and Musk entered the venue in a Cybercab.
Unlike Tesla's existing models, the Cybercab has a completely new design with continuous front and rear lights.
Smaller in size and offering only two doors, both of which resemble butterfly wing doors, they can be opened at a wide angle to make it easier for passengers to get on and off the bus, as well as a large slip-back design that is expected to have luggage compartments behind them.
In the demonstration, the car's headlights are also available in different lighting styles for lighting, warnings, and more.
In addition, Musk also confirmed that this car supports inductive charging, does not provide a steering wheel, accelerator pedal, and brake pedal, and uses Tesla's FSD automatic driving, which truly realizes "the car can't be opened".
Musk said that people now need to spend too much money and too much time on transportation, and at the same time use it very infrequently, he said, for example, there are 168 hours a week, but the car may only be used for 10 hours, so self-driving technology can greatly improve the time of car use while reducing costs.
