At the site of the free clinic activity, the medical staff patiently inquired about the physical condition of the masses, examined them, answered the people's difficult questions about the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of common and frequent diseases, and provided them with detailed treatment opinions. At the same time, medical staff give full play to their respective advantages, and provide free traditional Chinese medicine treatment services such as acupuncture and massage for the masses for diseases such as neck, shoulder, waist and legs, liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach.

September 29, 2024 is the 25th World Heart Day, in response to the call of the World Heart Federation to promote the development of World Heart Day activities, on the occasion of World Heart Day, the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and the Emergency Department of Lixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine carried out the World Heart Day health science popularization and first aid skills activities.
Xiang Yanchao, deputy director of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, gave a detailed explanation on the theme of "Heart and Action Together, Health Accompaniment", from the aspects of understanding heart disease, risk factors, health management, prevention, and first aid measures. Based on clinical experience, Director Xiang explained to the public the real cases of successful treatment of patients with timely cardiopulmonary resuscitation after common sudden cardiac death, emphasizing the importance of the public's mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills for the treatment of sudden cardiac death.
Subsequently, Li Haixia, the head nurse of the emergency department, and Xie Dandan, the nurse, demonstrated cardiopulmonary resuscitation through the model site, and the two lecturers demonstrated the operation from the key links such as the compression site, depth, and frequency, and invited the masses to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation practical training.
