On September 5th, the Hongsibao Yangshui Branch Trunk Canal Branch Pumping Station Renovation Project Pumping Station and Branch Canal Engineering Construction Section 1 Project Department organized and held the branch pumping station aqueduct demolition, foundation pit excavation and Xinzhuang set one and three pumping station demolition three special construction plan expert demonstration meeting.
Yang Haining, Zhao Jianguo, Wang Zhiqing, Cen Shaoqi, Wang Lijun, five senior experts in Ningxia water conservancy industry, the project team of the Autonomous Region Water Conservancy Engineering Construction Center, the Yellow River Survey, Planning and Design Institute, and the relevant persons in charge of the Ningxia Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey, Design and Research Institute, Ma Guofeng, deputy general manager and safety director of the company, and Zhang Xingkai, deputy general manager, participated in the demonstration meeting.
Before the meeting, the expert group and the participants jointly conducted a field survey of the aqueduct of a pumping station in Xinzhuangji, the excavation area of the pumping station, the demolition area and the excavation area of the three pumping stations.
During the review process, the expert group conducted in-depth exchanges with the project management personnel, made comprehensive comments on the scientificity and feasibility of the construction plan, and put forward constructive opinions on technical details and safety plans from a professional perspective.
In the next step, the project department will further improve the special construction plan according to the opinions of the demonstration meeting, construct in strict accordance with the plan, strengthen safety production management, pay close attention to the implementation of safety measures, build a solid line of defense for safe production, and ensure the safety of project construction.
