For soldiers, retirement is a node of military life, and it also means the departure of new lives and new dreams. Relying on the "tenacity" of a soldier, Ma Xudong, a retired soldier, polished the background of loyalty with his struggle and returned to his hometown to open up a "new battlefield."
In 2009, 18-year-old Ma Xudong, with the dream of serving the motherland and winning glory for the country, actively responded to the call of the motherland, threw himself into the military camp without hesitation, and became a soldier of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. After retiring from the army and returning to his hometown, Ma Xudong was confused, worked as a farmer and a security guard, but he never gave up his ideals when he loved martial arts. Ma Xudong has had a dream of a boxing king since he was a child, and after many aspects of training and his unremitting efforts, he has obtained the international professional boxing gold belt. In order to make more people accessible to boxing, in 2020 he established the Tongxin County Mixed Martial Arts Boxing Association.

As a veteran, as a mixed martial arts athlete, I founded the Boxing Association in Tongxin, and now through my own skills, I have trained a group of young athletes, through this training to promote boxing in Tongxin, but also to achieve a concept of national fitness.
From a soldier to a professional martial artist to entrepreneurship, training athletes, what has changed is identity, what has not changed is the spirit, and he has broken out of his own world down-to-earth. Under the strict training of Ma Xudong, the trainees won the third place in the Ningxia All-Region Championship.
My next plan is to continue to use my skills, popularize the sport of boxing, let more people learn boxing, let more people come to fitness and get healthy.
While starting a business, Ma Xudong did not forget his true colors as a soldier.
