He has been awarded the second class merit twice and the third class merit twice, and has been awarded the "Excellent People's Police of Henan Province", "Zhongyuan Guards of Political and Legal Cadres and Police of Henan Province" and "Top Ten Outstanding Community Policemen of Henan Province" for many times; in 2011, he won the "May Day Labor Medal of Sanmenxia City", in 2012 he was invited to South China University of Technology to teach the theoretical knowledge of social public security, in 2016 he developed the "Community Policing Intelligent Auxiliary Decision-making 'One Village (Grid) One Police' System" and won the "National Copyright Administration Computer Software Copyright Certificate", and in 2017 he developed the "Hotel Industry" The 'Four Real Registration' system" was awarded the National Copyright Certificate. In the 17 years of working in the police station, he has always taken serving the people as the purpose, and has handled more than 300 criminal cases, more than 1,000 administrative cases, and mediated more than 8,000 mass disputes.
