In order to help enterprise talents in Licheng District establish a positive and healthy attitude, improve their stress management ability, and help talents work happily and live happily, on the morning of August 3, the Workplace Mental Health Forum for Enterprise Talents, jointly sponsored by the Talent Office of the Licheng District Party Committee and the Licheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and undertaken by the 2030 Talent Station and Yujian Psychological Consulting Company, was successfully held. More than 40 business talents from all walks of life participated in the event.
The forum specially invited psychological counselor Fang Jing to give a lecture. Combined with actual cases, the forum analyzed the negative impact of workplace stress on the physical and mental health of talents, work efficiency and enterprise development. The teacher helped talents quickly enter the state through interactive activities such as card tests, shared a series of practical management skills for self-psychological adjustment and enhanced ability to resist pressure, and guided enterprise talents to establish correct values and deal with pressure with a positive and positive attitude. The participating talents said that the forum was rich in content and practical, which is of great significance for enterprises to care for the mental health of employees and improve the management level.
