Tianma Village, Xianyou County: The traditional ancient village is "alive".
In the face of the protection of traditional ancient houses and the development of modern activation and utilization, Zheng Xinghui, the village secretary, innovated and explored the mechanism of co-construction and sharing of village enterprises, introduced professional tourism companies, and actively explored the investment model of "integrating superior funds, investing a little, letting enterprises make a little, reducing costs, and raising a little by the crowd", and activated the investment model of "the government seeks development and enterprises can make profits". The "tripartite win-win" effect, through the holding of a series of cultural tourism activities such as "Puyang Kaichun" and "Shanshui Tianma Rural Folk Music Festival" in the ancient houses, it has successfully attracted many tourists to check in, and the average daily tourists during the Spring Festival, May Day and National Day have exceeded 6,000 people, becoming a typical example of the revitalization and utilization of ancient houses and the co-construction and sharing of village enterprises.
