Recently, former NBA player and head coach Mark Jackson made a guest appearance on a show that talked about Jordan, the NBA he believes can rule.
"No one is going to average 50 points per game in the NBA today, that's not going to happen. But I would say Jordan averaged the points he wanted to get per game, he averaged 40 points per game. As a passer-by, I'll tell you he averaged 40 points per game. Jackson said.
Jordan's highest scoring season was 86-87, averaging 37.1 points per game.
