It is understood that the ecological wetland of Minqin County Sewage Treatment Plant mainly builds underflow wetland, surface flow wetland and supporting ecological landscape. The aquatic plants in the undercurrent area are selected with strong purification ability and adapted to the local growth, such as yellow calamus, shallot, and cattail, while taking into account the landscape effect, increasing the diversity of aquatic plants, and the purified water of the undercurrent wetland is collected by the catchment area and discharged into the surface flow wetland through the spring for further advanced treatment. The surface wetland area creates a multi-perspective landscape effect through garden art landscaping techniques, forming a landscape wetland environment integrating popular science education, landscape appreciation, leisure and entertainment.
