In order to effectively promote the healthy and benign development of testing and inspection institutions in the field of ecological environment, recently, the High-tech Branch of Xi'an Ecological Environment Bureau and the market supervision department of High-tech Zone jointly carried out special inspections of third-party inspection and testing institutions in the jurisdiction.
The special inspection covers the qualification and ability of inspection and testing institutions, outdoor sampling process and laboratory sample preservation and monitoring, etc., with a focus on whether the monitoring data of third-party inspection and testing institutions is falsified and tampered with.
During the inspection, the third-party inspection and testing institutions are strictly required to carry out testing work in accordance with the relevant standards and specifications in the field of ecological environment, objectively and conscientiously fulfill their responsibilities, and standardize testing behaviors; Third-party inspection and testing institutions are required to take this special inspection as an opportunity to strengthen the management of the testing process and ensure the reliability, integrity and traceability of the testing information.
At present, 11 institutions have been inspected, and in the process of inspection, the problematic institutions have been promptly urged to investigate and reform. In the next step, we will continue to increase the intensity of special inspections, follow up the inspection and rectification efforts, and complete the comprehensive investigation work as soon as possible.
