Health and safety, using the network remote approach to pre-interview.
Candidates participating in the EAST China Normal University MBA pre-interview are requested to prepare in advance:
1. Equipment and environmental requirements required for network remote interview
Candidates are requested to prepare the hardware equipment required for the remote interview in advance, and test according to the requirements of the MBA Admissions Office notice before the interview to ensure that the interview is carried out normally.
1. The equipment used for the interview [host position]: 1 laptop or desktop computer (need to have a camera, Microphone function);
2. Equipment used to monitor the interview environment [auxiliary seat]: 1 mobile phone or laptop or tablet device such as desktop or pad (with camera function);
3. The network is good enough to meet the re-test requirements, and it is necessary to ensure at least two network conditions such as wired broadband network, WIFI, and 4G network;
4. Independent, non-interference re-examination room, suitable light, quiet, no backlight. There shall be no materials related to the re-examination within the scope of the view, no other person shall be present, no one else shall take the examination for the examination, and no one shall accept any way of assisting the examination by others or institutions. Virtual backgrounds are not allowed, and video background changes are not allowed. Computer pages are generally not allowed to switch during the interview (excluding PPT sharing).

2. Supplies that candidates need to prepare for online remote interview
1. My valid second-generation resident identity card;

Before the interview, candidates need to log on to the official website of the MBA of East China Normal University in advance and upload relevant materials online.
IV. Precautions for Candidates to Participate in online remote pre-interview
1. Integrity pre-interview
Candidates are requested to carefully read the Ministry of Education's "2021 National Regulations on the Administration of Enrollment of Master's Degree Students", "Measures for handling violations of national education examinations", "Amendment (IX) to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant recruitment information released by our school in advance. Candidates are required to ensure that the submissions are authentic and that the pre-interview process is honest.
In the case of state examinations prescribed by law, the act of organizing cheating; the act of providing cheating equipment or other assistance for others to carry out cheating; the act of illegally selling or providing examination questions and answers to others for the purpose of committing examination cheating; and the act of taking the examination in place of others or letting others take the examination in their place will all violate the criminal law. Candidates who have violated the rules during the interview process,
Once verified, it will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the regulations, the admission qualification will be cancelled, and it will be recorded in the "Candidates' Examination Integrity File". Within 3 months after enrollment, our school will conduct a comprehensive review of all candidates in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities". Where the review is unqualified, the student registration shall be cancelled; if the circumstances are serious, it shall be transferred to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.
2. Installation and debugging
Make sure the device has sufficient power and a normal network connection. Both devices on the candidate's side have cameras turned on.
【Host position】: The candidate himself is facing the camera of the device, keeping the sitting posture upright, and the face, upper body and hands are clearly visible in the picture. Do not cover the face, ears and other parts, do not wear hats, sunglasses, masks, etc., candidates should maintain the camera throughout the pre-interview, the line of sight must not leave, must not leave the scene halfway.

3. Unexpected situations
Candidates should immediately contact the MBA Admissions Office teacher in the event of special circumstances such as equipment or network failure during the pre-interview process, pending further arrangements.
Candidates who exit the interview room without the consent of the interview staff and operate the pre-interview terminal equipment without authorization are deemed to have voluntarily given up their pre-interview qualifications.
4. Process supervision
The online remote interview is part of the national graduate admissions examination and the content is classified as a state secret. During the interview process, it is forbidden to record, videotape, record screen and live broadcast, and it is forbidden to leak or publish interview related information; only one candidate is allowed in the interview room throughout the interview process, and others are prohibited from entering and leaving. If there is a violation, it is considered cheating.
5. Other explanations
After the pre-interview, the pre-interview results will be sent by email within 1-2 working days.
