A few days ago, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the first batch of 120 national-level night culture and tourism consumption agglomeration areas, and the Five Avenues of Tianjin Heping District and yangliuqing Ancient Town Scenic Area in Xiqing District were among them.

Since the beginning of this year, in accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government on Accelerating the Development of the Night Economy", Heping District has further accelerated the construction of the Five Avenues Municipal Night Economy Demonstration Block, and created a high-quality night economic block that combines Chinese and Western styles and is fashionable and elegant. Relying on the advantages of the gathering of historical style buildings on the Fifth Avenue, Heping District cultivates night consumption with "international style" by upgrading existing shops, extending business hours, introducing characteristic formats, organizing cultural markets, improving night lights, holding light shows, sand painting performances and commercial and cultural tourism activities. At the same time, increase the investment attraction of Minyuan Square, increase the proportion of cultural and creative formats, actively introduce intangible cultural heritage skills, experience bookstores, art exhibitions, creative catering and other formats; transform and build the "Happy Twist" light comedy small theater; establish a merchant alliance to achieve business linkage, connect minyuan square with Xiannong Courtyard, Minyuan Xili and surrounding commercial and trade carriers into pieces; carefully organize characteristic cultural markets, organize trolley box markets in Xiannong Compound, sell personal collections and creative handicrafts, and set up float markets in Hebei Road Ring Corridor. Realize the combination of landscape and creative retail, take Minyuan Square, Xiannong Courtyard, Minyuan Xili, Hercules Cup, Hunan Road as important nodes, enhance the beautification of night lighting, and render a beautiful, elegant, colorful, literary and artistic night atmosphere.

Yangliuqing Ancient Town Scenic Area actively builds ancient town night tours and business night markets to enhance the development of the night economy. In the form of night scenes, night lights, night markets, night music, night banquets, etc., through the "scenic spots + main stores + auxiliary stores" model, make full use of ruyi avenue, Ming and Qing Street format gathering areas to form "one street, one taste, one road and one style"; comprehensive scenic spots, cultural and creative experiences, gourmet snacks, performing arts performances and other formats, and form a traditional cultural gathering area represented by intangible cultural heritage such as New Year paintings, kites, and paper-cutting. Since the beginning of this year, Yangliuqing Ancient Town Scenic Area has implemented a night scene lighting project to improve the brightness of main roads and hutongs, decorate the scenic environment, and meet the needs of tourists for night sightseeing.
