On the afternoon of September 16, the 51st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 15th People's Congress of Lianzhou City was held, Li Chengjuan, secretary of the party leading group and director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, presided over the meeting, Cheng Maojun, Ye Benrong, Pan Qizun and Wu Zhigang, members of the chairman meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the meeting, Huang Yaoping, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and vice mayor of the Municipal Government, and Zhang Yinsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and director of the Municipal Supervision Commission, attended the meeting as observers.

The meeting mainly deliberated and voted on matters related to the appointment and removal of personnel. It was decided to accept Comrade Huang Guitang's request to resign as vice mayor of the Lianzhou Municipal People's Government and dismiss Comrade Huang Guitang from his post as director of the Lianzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau. It was decided to appoint Comrade Chen Jun as vice mayor of the Lianzhou Municipal People's Government and director of the Lianzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, and Comrade Chen Jianmei as vice mayor of the Lianzhou Municipal People's Government.

The meeting also deliberated and voted on the appointment and dismissal of other personnel:

Dismissed Comrade Feng Jinsong from his post as a member of the Lianzhou Municipal Supervision Commission;

Comrade Feng Jinsong was appointed deputy director of the Lianzhou Municipal Supervision Commission.

Comrade Peng Jiwen was appointed as a member of the Lianzhou Municipal Supervision Commission.

Comrade Xiong Weimin was appointed as the president of the Xingzi People's Court of the Lianzhou Municipal People's Court.

Comrade Yuan Taizhi was appointed as a procurator of the Lianzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate.

Subsequently, Li Chengjuan issued a certificate of appointment to the newly appointed state worker.

The meeting also deliberated and adopted a motion on requesting the resignation of Cheng Maojun and other comrades from their posts in the Lianzhou Municipal Election Committee, and a motion on the request to accept the resignation of Zeng Mei and other comrades from their posts in the township-level election committee.
