It is also emphasized that the heating and cooking process should be cooked and cooked thoroughly, and the processing process should be separated from raw and cooked, meat and vegetables should be separated, mixed storage and mixing are strictly prohibited, so as to avoid cross-contamination, and urge the business entity to strictly control the whole process of barbecue processing, ensure the quality and safety of food in all links, and ensure that consumers can rest assured that they are "skewering".
This special rectification action has effectively standardized the business order of barbecue food in Tuoketuo County and improved the level of barbecue food safety. In the next step, the Tuoketuo County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will link food safety inspection and rapid inspection technology to improve inspection efficiency while allowing businesses to face problems, and continue to track the rectification of business entities to ensure that the rectification of problems is in place, eliminate food safety risks and hidden dangers in a timely manner, and effectively build a solid line of defense for food safety in summer catering.
