In order to lead the majority of young people to strengthen their understanding of network security risks and improve their network security protection skills, on October 15, 2021, the Yulin Municipal Party Committee and the Yuzhou District People's Procuratorate jointly launched a national network security activity, and Li Yili, director of the Propaganda Department of the Youth League Municipal Committee, and Qin Jingwei, director of the Fifth Procuratorial Department of the Yuzhou District People's Procuratorate, walked into the Second Primary School of Yudong New District to send network security knowledge to the students.
In the activity, Qin Jingwei, the procurator who was not prosecuted, gave a special lecture for teachers and students on preventing telecommunications network fraud, systematically explained the types, usual means and prevention knowledge of telecommunications network fraud, and combined with real cases, explained the fraudulent methods such as network part-time brushing, strange calls, network false recharge, campus loans, etc., and used "six reminders" and "ten whatevers" to warn students to prevent telecommunications fraud, and gave everyone a vivid anti-fraud course. In this propaganda activity, the children on the scene enthusiastically answered questions, and the atmosphere was very active.

In the next step, the Yuzhou District People's Procuratorate will focus on preventing telecommunications network fraud, innovate the form of activities, exert synergy, jointly expand publicity and education channels with various organs, vigorously create an atmosphere of anti-fraud propaganda and public opinion, weave a dense publicity and education "prevention and control network", and build a "security line" for youth anti-fraud.
