Announcement of temporary traffic organization during the construction of Fengtai 3rd Road Station in Jinniu District, Chengdu Section of Chengdu (Suburban) Railway Chengdu-Deyang Line Project
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction of the main structure of Fengtai Third Road Station in Jinniu District, Chengdu Section of the Chengdu (Suburban) Railway Project from Chengdu to Deyang Line, and maintain the safety and smooth flow of road traffic in the construction section, according to the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the notice is as follows:
1. From May 11, 2024 to October 30, 2026, the west section of Panda Avenue in Jinniu District will be closed to motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles, and pedestrians.
2. During the construction period, the motor vehicles that originally passed through the tunnel and the auxiliary road on the west side of the western section of Panda Avenue in Jinniu District can be bypassed through Wangjia Road, Fenglin Fourth Road, a section of Beixing Avenue, the auxiliary road on the east side of the tunnel under the western section of Panda Avenue, Yongjun Road, and the auxiliary road of the second section of the North Third Ring Road.
3. Anyone who violates this notice shall be punished by the traffic management department of the public security organ in accordance with the law, and the cumulative demerit management of traffic violations shall be implemented.

In order to ensure the construction of the main structure of Weijianian Station in Jinniu District, Chengdu Section of the Chengdu-Deyang Line Project of the Municipal (Suburban) Railway, from May 15 this year to September 30, 2026, the intersection of Jingcui West Road and Shuangrui Third Road in Jinniu District will be closed to motor vehicles. Pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles should pass according to the traffic signs on the premise of ensuring safety.
During the construction period, the motor vehicles that originally passed through the construction section of Jingcui West Road and Shuangrui 3rd Road can be bypassed through Weijianian 4th Road, Weijianian 3rd Road, North 3rd Ring Road 3rd Section Auxiliary Road, Shuangrui 4th Road and other roads.
